Return & Refund Policy

LOCAL RETURNS:

✅ Easy Returns

* Within 30 days of purchase date.

* Items must be unworn, undamaged, new, unwashed, and unaltered, with all original tags.

* Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Exchanges

* Exchanges available for the same item in a different size or color (subject to stock).

* If unavailable → store credits or refunds.

Refunds

* Refunds will be issued to original payment method.

* Processed within 5–20 business days

* Shipping fees are non- refundable.

Final Sale

Items that cannot be returned!

* Accessories

* Undergarments and swimwear

* Gift cards

* Clearance/marked-down items.

Online Returns

* Customers are responsible for self-return shipping costs.

* Must save proof of mailing when returning items.

* If items are not found defective after quality inspection, the customer will be reimbursed.

Non-Qualifying Returns

* Items not meeting requirements will be returned to customer within 60 days at a cost of C$28.00

* If the fee is not paid within 30 days of notice, the item will be disposed of by MayJ Apparel.

Damaged Items

* Report within 7 days of delivery

* Eligible for replacement, exchange, or refund.

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders.

We strongly recommend reviewing our size and product details carefully before placing an international

order. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at our support email before purchasing.

If your item arrives Damaged or Incorrect items:
